How we keep things dustless during hardwood floor refinishing projects
The AVAC18 dust containment system is a powerful dual motor vacuum that will eliminate 99% of air borne dust when using floor sanding machines. We use it on our American Sander Epoch HD planetary sander, as well as the floor edger.
The Hummel belt sander has a built-in vacuum that also captures 99% of dust.
With that being said, there will still remain a very slight amount of dust, which can be managed with plastic barriers to protect sensitive areas in your home.
